FX has separate pages for The Weekly and The New York Times Presents. Additionally, all previous 11 episodes of The New York Times Presents were released as S01E01 through S01E11.

At the time of their original broadcasts, the episodes currently listed as season 1 were part of the 1st season as this is visible on these archive pages :

Consequently, our listing is correct.

According to the FXNetwork website, the latest episode is S03E01

As per our rules, I quote: "When seasons are re-organized after a network change (e.g. American Dad, Futurama), we do not re-arranged the aired seasons/episodes. The new season is simply added as the next season.". ("after a network change" should be understand as an example).

Consequently, the first season should remain season 1 as it was broadcasted and the next season should be numbered 2 even if the network number it 3 after modifying the 1st season.
