At the jail, Christine and Nina help Paul with Rickys funeral arrangements. Christine continues to look for a way to prosecute Phyllis. Later, Christine realizes Phyllis can still be prosecuted since she was a Federal agent at the time of the crime. Nick arrives at the magazine office to hear Michaels advice to Phyllis.
