No offense to Robert Newman, who I think is a great actor, but I much prefer Richard Burgi in the role.

Somehow RB had me bidding for the character to where I'm hoping RN's version gets busted for all his shenanigans.

RN plays the role more menacing to where I think RB seemed to project a more pleasantry in his demeanor, to where the viewer didn't really care what underhanded deed he was doing.

I feel Y&R did Richard Burgi kind of dirty by firing him when a simple time off period should have been all that was needed. Robert Newman should have been nothing more than a temporary replacement.

Just my opinion on the whole matter.
