None of those are actual specials per TMDB's rules. Those specials on TVDB fall into one of 4 types: the podcast, which shouldn't be added on TMDB; the Inside the Episode BTS, which have already been added to every episode; featurettes, which have already been added to the correct level (episode/season/series); and the "Making of The Last of Us" documentary special, which is available here.
