Converting other formats CSV to support formats

Please help me find a solution. I have a CSV file from another site, not in IMDB format. Are there any tools to convert them to supported formats?
For example:
Ratings (10 poins):
kinobazaua_id,imdb_id,themoviedb_id,my_rating,name_uk,name_en,year,created_at

TMDb tool I don't think so. I don't know.
What some users have already done is open the file in Excel and edit the order and column titles.

Ok, its work. Thanks. How about load users (custom) lists? It's possible?

Looks like this feature is on the way.
It's already on Trello's To-Do list.
There is no implementation deadline.
