Documentation for Daily ID Exports suggests the job is ran at 7am UTC, the assumption is this is the following day, so the job for 26th March is ran at 7am on the 27th March.

https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/287394-het-zijn-net-mensen/changes shows that it was created on 26th March.

If I poll the same TV show ID on /tv-series-changes it shows it was created on 26th March at 22:41:34 UTC

The last ID in the TV Series export is 287349, it looks like the export is missing 45 IDs without checking each one is a valid ID against the TV shows list.
