You dont need permission. You can just edit it. Unless certain fields are locked, in which case you need to file a report saying why the locked information is wrong (and provide evidence). You can read more here: https://www.themoviedb.org/bible/general#59f793929251413e93000010

The issue seems to be that the user added a YouTube video that was against the guidelines, and it was removed. This is not the right database for The Jumper Boy 4.
