If you're in India, there has been many reports over the past few months of Indian ISP's blocking TMDB which could be to blame here. Most of those people were able to get around it by using a different nameserver. Generally I recommend trying either Google or Quad9.
8.8.8.8 (Google)
9.9.9.9 (Quad9)
Using a custom nameserver hasn't always fixed this though, and if it doesn't there's not much else I can suggest.
P.S. Cloudflare is a popular choice too but we've seen many issues with Cloudflare directing traffic to incorrect regions that end up causing other issues, so I don't usually recommend them.
