Please understand that my speaking skills are lacking. Let me say it again.

For example, let's say I select English as the Default Language, Korean as the Fallback Language, and United States as the Country in Account Settings. If so, I would like to see English and Korean displayed at the top of the options under Edit - Primary Facts - Original Movie Language (or Original TV Show Language). Additionally, when I click on Origin Country, I'll want to see the United States appear at the top of the options. Additionally, when I click Spoken Language, I want English and Korean to appear at the top of the options. This may seem unnecessary when editing existing media because the priority is to ensure that the existing language or country appears selected.

However, doing this can be very useful when entering a new movie or TV show. For example, in Alternative Titles - Add Alternative Title - Country, I want the United States to appear at the top. Additionally, I would like to see the United States listed at the top in Release Information - Add New Release - Country.
