HEllo guys, I submitted my native app that use the API to Apple but they refused my app because the onestrust cookie consent. My app redirect the user to the tmdb webiew page to authenticate the user and the webiew redirect to my app once the user logged in. When i redirect to the webview, we can see the consent cookie page at the bottom of the webview but Apple told me i need to show the AppTrackingTransparency popup before. If i show the AppTrackingTransparency popup and the user refuse the tracking, is it possible to not show to the user the cookie consent or disable it?

Hi @piars,
I'll be honest, I'm not 100% sure what you're asking about (I don't know what
AppTrackingTransparency
is) but I can answer specifically about whether there is a way to conditionally show or hide our cookie consent banner. The answer is no, there is no way to do that. Since we can't control what any specific 3rd party client does, it would impossible for us to guarantee you're following the law and that would become our problem.Wish I had a better answer.

I understand your answer but the problem is my app does not track the user. Apple reject my app because the consent banner on the tmdb authentication page. I can tell them i track the user because the banner. If i do that i need to add the apple native popup to ask the user the permission to track but if the user refuse i need to not show the cookie banner or refuse the cookies banner automatically. is it possible to refuse automatically the banner? Another solution is to call "Create Session (with login) ", can i create a V4 token with this solution?

There's no way to programatically do anything with the banner.
You cannot. You can only do it the other way around, in reverse. Start with a v4 token and then create a session, but that doesn't help you since you still have to push the user through the website asking for permission, which would show the banner.
