Hay i am unable to access tmdb website or api it just loads and unable to connect but when i change my dns to private dns it loads it seems tmdb is blocked?

Yup unfortunately, this does indeed seem to be the case. The Indian government has issued some blocks to parts of TMDB.
One thing that has worked for some other users is to switch your local DNS. You can try using one of either:

Problem is not with me i will use it by changing my dns but i am using it on my website through api and now my website can't work anymore because the api is not responding anymore so, Is there any way around? Or is it possible that it will be available again ?

It's a government imposed block so there isn't much we can do on our end.
When this happened a few years ago, I had attempted to contact the necessary department but ran into numerous road blocks because I wasn't an Indian citizen. That more of or less hand cuffed my ability to go any further.
