Hello Team TMDB, its been a 1 years I am constantly using your service and its an amazing journey with you. From last 2 days (16-02-2024 to 18-02-2024){Still going} I am facing problems...
In browser, ERR_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT and in API, No response from server
While using 1.1.1.1(Couldflare DNS) resolves the problem.
I am from India and using Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited(ISP) network which belongs Jio telecommunication company.
I can solve my problem by VPN, but what about my application users? its feels awkward to use VPN for an application.
and if my ISP blocked your websites and things so remember India has a huge number of users of Jio so may be 40% users will loose access to your website. Please figure out these problems and fix them as soon as possible...

We’ve heard recently that the Indian government has started blocking parts of TMDB again. This has happened on and off again for a number of years. It sounds like that could be what’s happening here, since you’re saying everything is not working.
If switching DNS servers fixes it for you, that’s about all we can do. If it’s the government block you’ll have to petition with your ISP and government to remove it.

Sure, it seems like a good idea. However, you might want to consider reaching out to MEITY India. They have the authority to address such matters. For example, when Krafton's PUBG was banned here, connecting with MEITY, requesting verification, and following the process allowed us to play BGMI without restrictions. It would be beneficial for your company to establish a connection with them. You can find more information about MEITY India on their website: Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) India.

hey there! if u are getting this problem on your web app u can just change ur backend hosting country ( aka outside india) and route all the requests to backend -> fetch from backend -> send response to client. its working for my web app which is just a wrapper around subdl.com -> subss.vercel.app ( get direct subs instead of zip files)
