Have you been able to upload an image successfully in the past?
Are you trying to upload using a desktop or mobile device?

The images in the link are in .png
Did you convert to .jpg before trying to upload?
The system only accepts .jpg for poster and backdrop.

I believe this warning appears when the image file extension is not .jpg
Poster, backdrop, profile images must only be with .jpg extension
They cannot be with the .png extension
