While you're waiting for an official response from a moderator, I'll try to help you. As I recall, it can take a couple of weeks or even longer, depending on how busy they are. And if you send another request about the same issue, that will only delay a response; so be patient. Except for Travis, who is currently on vacation until the end of the month, all the mods are volunteers, and they get very busy. So patience is a virtue.

If you mean reports, I think the timeframe they offer is two months - ie, normally things get sorted quicker, but if the issue hasn't been sorted in 2 months, you can "bump" the report by commenting on it.

English is not my native language. So there are errors in my text.

On average it takes 2 months.
But it really depends on the type of problem.

• Duplicate People - it's usually easy
• Duplicate Movies - A little more time consuming
• Duplicate TV Show - usually very time consuming
• Incorrect Information - in Profile
• Incorrect Information - in Films
• Incorrect Information - on TV Show
• Deleted Movies
• API v3 questions
• API v4 questions
• Users who ask to change the rules of our Bible. In some cases it generates a long and endless conversation.
• And many other types of questions.

It all depends on the availability of the Moderators and the Administrator.
And more, a good knowledge of the Moderator..
I personally know a little about API v3, but I don't understand anything about API v4.
Others know Series, Movies, Images etc...
In many cases the language makes it very difficult.
Indian Profile Names are always complex.
Not to mention the eastern languages. Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Russian etc...
They use characters that few Moderators know and can understand the problem.

So it's hard to answer your initial question without me knowing what your question is about.
Please, post here the links to about 3 or 4 questions you asked and think the answer is too late, beyond the 2 months on average.

There is a show that is locked that has only two of it's three seasons listed. I wanted to add the third season's shows but can not.

Doesn't seem so. I have a bunch of weeks and months-old pretty straightforward requests no one processed. Usually, 3-4 out of each 5 requests are skipped for quite a long time.

Like I said, it's usually easy.
But sometimes they are quite difficult, complex.
It has occurred to me to check two people

• with the same name,
  
• who worked in the same area, sound,
  
• and more or less in the same period.
  

I had to check on several sites.
But in fact they were two different people.
Fortunately I found information.
But it has occurred to me several times not to find data.
So we don't know whether or not it's a duplicate.

Yes, sometimes maybe. But I have a bunch of reports for people with no credit or people with quite unique names, and it doesn't make it any faster. So the difficulty is probably not the main reason. Empty profiles are a no-brainer, there's not a single reason to keep them.

I didn't notice the moderator tag so just gave a general description of the issue, someone just asked for a description of the issue.

 The Status for this show is set to "Ended". New seasons cannot be created.
