In competitions where there are winners or unmaskings (The Masked Singer), what would be the best way to add a celebrity on as a winner and/or loser to the show's episode without revealing that actual episode? Maybe in the next episode after or the final episode of the season ? I always hate getting a reveal before I watch. I love to watch the episode / show fresh without knowing the winner or loser.

The short answer is competitions winners are big spoilers, and big spoilers are against TMDb's guidelines. If you look at the first season of RuPaul's Drag Race for example, you can see that all contestant were added as "Self - Contestant". The credits/backdrops/overview might spoil appearances (who is in the episode), but they should not expose the results.
But with The Masked Singer specifically, due to the format of the show, the credits spoil the identity of eliminated contestants. There isn't much we can do.

What about putting all contestants on the last episode of that season?

Credits have to be accurate. I think watchers need to take some accountability too. The best way to avoid spoilers is to refrain from looking at the data until they have caught up with the show.
