I can never get a response regarding my requests for support.

Hello. I have been trying to fix an issue for almost a year now and have never been able to speak with any person from the support team. I have posted on the forums numerous times and couldn't get any kind of response or support regarding my problem. Also, I have attempted to reach via the messages, however I found no luck with this method either. I hope this time some staff member can help me fix my issue, which is really simple and urgent. Thank you and hope to hear from the support team soon. Teodoro

Hello Travis, thanks for the answer. I am looking to having a film restored to your database, since it was deleted for being categorized as an amateur film.
The short is almost done with its festival circuit and has so far visited some notorious experimental festivals.
My previous entries to this question were:

Just an advice.
Post here the list of all the festivals your film participated in.
This will facilitate the eventual evaluation of your film's classification in the TMDb rules.
This is just a suggestion.
I'm not the one who will solve your question.
At most I will help the Moderator who deleted his movie from our database.
