Looks like the runtime filter is not working properly or maybe I am doing something wrong... Here is the request
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?language=en-US®ion=US&page=1&include_adult=false&include_video=false&with_original_language=en&with_runtime.lte=100&with_release_type=3|4|5&watch_region=US
I even tried with this
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie?with_runtime.lte=100
And I see both Puss in Boots and Avatar: The Way of Water returned in the response. Any idea what's wrong?

Probably, in one of the translations, a user entered the wrong data.
In the case of Puss in Boots there are several films with similar titles.
Enter the link or ID of the movie in question.
In the case of Avatar, see the translations:
https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/76600-avatar-the-way-of-water/translations
Translation to nl-NL is 90 minutes or 1h 30m
I don't know if that version actually exists.
It's probably an error.
Only someone with more knowledge of nl-NL can help.

Thx for the response @ticao2 Is there any way to filter the runtime by a specific translation?
What I am trying to do is basically fetch English movies (region=US, language=en) with runtime less than say 90 mins, thoughts?
And btw, Puss is Boots is being returned because the el-GR translation is exactly 100 mins...

I don't think so. I don't know.
The two remote possibilities you've already tried and had no effect.
"®ion=" and "&watch_region="

Hi @prateek.somaiya, unfortunately there is no way of connecting your
with_runtime.xxx
filters to a region at this time.
