You are the first to report this.
Two things:
1 - If you're using Cloudflare's DNS Server (1.1.1.1), try switching to Google's (8.8.8.8).
2 - Load this page, refresh (F5) and see our Status.

Changing dns Works , apparently the problem was in my ISP only (MAROC TELECOM) cuz i asked some friends who had different ISP and themoviedb works fine , however this doesnt fix the issues because alot of my website users are using the same ISP as mine so how can i fix this ?

I don't think we can help.
Someone should contact their ISP, let them know what's going on, and they can fix the DNS problem they're using.
Probably because you are a customer, you pay for the service, you are the ideal person to make that request for them.
