Hello, and welcome to the site. It's not currently possible to rate seasons. You can, however, rate the individual episodes.
The average season rating is not yet available, but it's a planned feature on Trello. You can vote for it if you make an account.

Yes please add this feature cauz u dont always watch all the seasons specially in case of anime and it is also hard to keep track of shows cauz you never know if u rated the whole show or just one single season. I switched over to TMDB just so i can add all my tv shows with my movie list too but absence of just this very basic feature is making the whole process very annoying. I hope you keep in mind about this issue and think about adding this feature soon. Thanks in advance.

It seems that the season rating is being calculated automatically, as an average of episode ratings.

I mean, I do see that some seasons have different ratings, i just don't see how to differ my rating myself

There's no way. You can only make an indirect influence, by voting on the season's episodes.
