Is there a way to determine the TMDB person ID based on the image url that TMDB provides? https://www.themoviedb.org/t/p/original/bBRlrpJm9XkNSg0YT5LCaxqoFMX.jpg
So the above should return the Id of Tom Holland (Spider-Man)
Is there maybe a daily file export that might have something like this if not in the api? It’s like a reverse lookup…
Thanks!

Not that I know of. Nothing like that.
Daily file exports are here.

Files can be downloaded directly, without an API Request.
Not exactly what you want, but it might help.
In People all valid IDs with the name of the person.

Hey @bullmoose20, there's no way to lookup associations by an image ID. The only thing I can think of is that you could use Google to help you. TMDB's image ID's are going to be unique worldwide.

Plexapi returns name (Tom Holland) and the url to the proper image on TMDB however if we send a request to TMDB for Tom Holland we get several hits…a 1:n reply. Having the TMDB is a 1:1 reply… hence the need for the Id which is nowhere in the path or in the image name.
The daily files have the same issue…1:n is returned.
Wondering what, if anything, can be done

Unfortunately, as I mentioned, nothing like this exists.
