I get 403 response with browser or with postman.

In your case:

Code    HTTP    Message
8       403     Duplicate entry: The data you tried to submit already exists.
45      403     This user has been suspended.

I am not blocked by the API I receive 403 from cloudflare... Dunno why, I tried with firefox and have same issue :(

Try switching DNS services.
If using Cloudflare, switch to Google DNS 8.8.8.8
Test using your Firefox.
Some Northern European countries are experiencing issues with Cloudflare DNS.
And what country are you in?

I'm not using cloudflare but it seems cloudflare reverse proxy is setup in front of tmdb API. I changed dns to 8.8.8.8 and tried loading the image link using firefox but i still have this message showing up:

403 Forbidden

TMDB doesn't use Cloudflare in any way. If you're seeing something related to Cloudflare it will be on your side.

I could find the reason and it was a mis configuration on my side. Thanks a lot for your time !
