Adding new show in Swedish

I'm trying to add a Swedish TV show but I'm stuck on the first step... How do I change the language/country setting?
"You are currently adding a TV show in en-US (English - United States of America)."

You have 2 solutions:
The first one is to change the languiage of your profile (top right of the screen).
The second one is to create the show in English and add the Swedish data once the show is created.
