The following endpoint:
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/find/tt13623148?api_key=TOKEN&external_source=imdb_id
returns a tv_result object with the id of 208042
but when you visit the page with that id: https://www.themoviedb.org/tv/208042
you got 404 not found, Can you please update the id whenever it changed in find search? ty.

A deleted entry can remain in the API cache for up to 8 hours.

Can you flush the cache whenever a object is deleted? I think it's important and easy to implement
