I believe that JustWatch did not authorize it to be done.
It is not possible to get the final URL of JustWatch or the Stream service using the TMDb API.

That's because Justwatch is paid by the Stream services for each generated access.
If you pause your mouse over the service link you will see a URL with a huge identification code.
