for example when I try to get popular movies through movie/popular
it should return movies based on their popularity sorted DESC
but there's some movies that has less popularity is above some movies with more popularity
like Hustle has 1339.68 is above Turning Red which has 1532.944 in popularity
and also for GET /movie/top_rated
it's sorted based on vote_averageand vote_countshould be like > 300
but if more than one movie has the same vote_countthey are sorted randomly.
Is there a way to get a consistent results based on popularity, vote_count , etc ?
