On the page of a person are shown the films in which the person was involved. There I would like to have a sorting possibility according to rating. Maybe also a direct display of the ratings in the list.

Your question of fact is the request to add a new feature.
Only Admin Travis Bell can respond if he thinks his suggestion is a good idea and eventually add to the Trello To-Do list.
I don't know if there is already something similar but you can search and vote.
