In my Firefox without problems.
97.0 (64-bit) - Win 11

It looks fine for me too.

It's probably the CSS file not loading properly. I've no idea why though.

You could try to troubleshoot it by opening the Network tab in Developer Tools (Ctrl + Shift + E in firefox). Then (re)load the page and check to see what file didn't load.

Overnight the problem got fixed.

The problem has returned in Firefox. Chrome looks fine. All my software is up to date.

It's working again now. But I wish someone would figure out why this has been happening and then stop it.

It's been doing it again all day on Sunday in Firefox browser. Please fix this.

@pt100 , as I said before, with me this problem did not occur at any time.
And I also use Firefox.
In addition, no other user has made a similar complaint.
So I'm not really sure that the problem is due to a problem that exists in TMDb.
Maybe it's something to do with your ISP, or your country, or your cache.
Who knows if clearing all the pages from memory will help.

It would help if you took a screenshot to get a clearer idea of what's going on.

Here is the screenshot. It has now looked like that for the last couple of days in Firefox after happening and then going away for a few hours.

UPDATE: Thanks, clearing the cache finally fixed it, for now at least. What puzzled me is that problem kept going away and then coming back again; and it's the only website that had a problem in Firefox. So I've assumed it was a server issue at TMDb.

Well, it's apparently some sort of server error. It doesn't have anything to do with my browser, ISP, etc. The problem comes and goes in Firefox, and I'm using the latest version. It doesn't happen with any other website. This causes me to suspect that some server setting doesn't like the latest version of Firefox.

Here is another screenshot.

I really don't want to have to keep clearing my cache over and over again for one errant website. Please investigate this further. Thanks.

My Firefox must also be up to date. The update is automatic.
And I've never seen this problem.
So I think it's one of those problems that are difficult to reproduce on purpose.
In this case Travis Bell is perhaps the one who can help.
Let's wait for him to come by.

EDIT
I remember that, about 3 years ago, a user had problems with the web interface and was using Firefox.
I think it affected the size of things.
If I'm not mistaken, it turned out that the problem was caused by a recently installed Addon.

Thanks for the reply. O.K., maybe Travis can figure it out, as it's getting really annoying. FYI, I have not added any new add-ons to Firefox lately, so I don't think it's that problem.

Hey @pt100, are you familiar at all with how to view the Firefox console and/or save a HAR file? When this happens again, I'll need you to do the following, in order to save the requests as an HAR file. You can Google this too, as these are instructions I just did based on my own computer.

  1. Click the "hamburger" icon on the top right of the window
  2. Click "More tools" near the bottom
  3. Click "Web developer tools"
  4. Click the "Network" tab
  5. You will probably have to refresh, so refresh or click "reload" as it says
  6. Click the gear icon on the right
  7. Click "Save All As HAR"

Ultimately, you want to get here.

Email email a copy (travis [at] themoviedb.org) of the newly saved file and I will see what I can find out.

"hamburger" ? ? :-)
Can also use keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + I
Or Alt (menu) option Tools option Browser Tools option Web Development Tools

Thanks. The problem has cleared up for now (not sure why, as I haven't recently cleared the cache). If it returns I'll try to follow your instructions.

Yup, whenever it manifests itself again send me the HAR. Thanks.
