The data in the cast profiles regarding participation in Movies and/or TV Shows / Episodes is automatically shown on the profile page.
That is, if the person was added to the cast of the Movie, TV Show or Episode, it will automatically appear on their profile.
Therefore, if the profile shows participation in only 1 episode, it is because the person was not added to the cast of the other 3 episodes.

So make sure the TV Show cast is correct or complete.
If not, you can add it yourself.
And then automatically the data will be shown on the person's profile.

EDIT
I believe this 1 эпизод refers to the number of episodes she participated and not the number 4 of the episode she participated.
She participated in 1 episode whose number is episode 4.

This mixture of Russian and German is making it difficult for me to understand. :-)
