it's all id genre movie list into 0. endpoint: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/genre/movie/list?api_key=API_KEY&language=en-US

I was trying to fetch the genre names and got the same error.

I'm not sure I understand your question correctly.
API Request for Movie Genres list was returning empty ?
Without any information?
I tested it now and the list came back complete.

Same error when i select spanish language but in English language it works correctly :((

This issue should be corrected. You may however, have to wait up to ~6 hours before the cached items expire.
