Extra Details: I believe this entry to be wrongly marked and locked as 'video', as historically comedy specials on this site are not marked as 'video', since they fall under "One-off TV specials" that are allowed in the Movie section, per the contribution bible.

It depends on how it was originally released. Comedy shows released straight on DVD/VOD are marked as video, but proper TV specials (and their digital equivalents) are exceptions.
It looks like Sorry was released straight on his website so it doesn't qualify for a TV special exception.
