Hello,
I would like to know if I have listed Movies and TV Shows to watch on my website for free for public are copyrighted movies and will this make any kind of copyright issue between me and the copyright owner if I don't have commercial API from TMDB.
Can't find a movie or TV show? Login to create it.

As I said in your other question:
https://www.themoviedb.org/talk/61a6fe981d6c5f008b75c1dc
TMDb has no copyright or rights to trade movies.
Therefore, there is no possibility of making a copyright agreement that TMDb does not own.
TMDb only provides data and metadata from movies and TV Show.
Posters, cast and crew list, overview, release dates and various other data.
Therefore, whether or not you have a commercial API Key is irrelevant.
What I usually inform those who have this type of doubt regarding the use of images, posters and backdrops, is:
Is it legal ?
I think the most concrete answer I can give is:
It depends on the legislation of your country and the legislation of the country that owns your website domain.
TMDb follows the US legal rules and tries to follow the new legal rules of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act).
The TMDb regularly receives requests, based on the DMCA, for the removal of Data or Images.
But each country's legal system uses its own interpretation of the DMCA rules.
And a country may have its own legislation more restrictive than the DMCA.
Therefore, what is legal in country " A " may be illegal in country " B ".
Besides that. there are countries that are more strict (Germany for example) and countries that are less strict.
So, if you are concerned about this issue the best I can advise is: consult a lawyer who specializes in these issues in your country.
