Hello,
I sent an email through the contact form but this seems like an easier way to ask.
I have been making a site where people can watch Movies and TV Shows for free which was taken through the TMDB API, and have been using a regular API key for the movie titles, year of release and poster.
I was going to have maybe google adsense on the site and I'm gonna add some ads to generate the revenue at some point to help recoup monthly server costs, but the site will be completely free for people to use.
I would also like to know about the content and copyright agreement between TMDB and my website.
I am just wondering if I will need a commercial key for that? If so can you point me in the right direction?

TMDb does not provide links to watch movies, or download movies.
Are you using a template or something?
These links you found must be provided by a third party, by some service used by the website template you are using.
Then you must ask your questions directly to them.

TMDb has no copyright or rights to trade movies.
Therefore, there is no possibility of making a copyright agreement that TMDb does not own.
TMDb only provides data and metadata from movies and TV Show.
Posters, cast and crew list, overview, release dates and various other data.
