Right now its showing II buono, iI Brutto, iI cattivo it should be The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (1966)

"Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo" is the correct original title for this movie. There is nothing to change.
Even IMDB indicates the same as us.

Correct but when the Metadata downloads it to Plex it picks up the Italian name it needs to change. If it was actually under Italian I get it but it's english it need to be fixed so it loads correctly.

You made a confusion between the title and the original title.

No I'm not I have downloaded "Multiple" movies and have drawn down lots of Metadata from TMDB. I have compared what is causing the name being Italian it's the Original Name. If you changed that to the original name as The Good the Bad and the Ugly it will fix the issue. I have been doing this for over 5 years I know this is the issue. This is the original name. It is all in English except this part. I get it if you want to change it to another language. I absolutely know what I'm talking about. I have had an account with TMDB for a long time.

I confirm that we will not change the original title for that reason.
Furthermore, based on what you say, we will have to verify all of your previous changes.

I guess I have to just deal with it and change it on Plex

What I have been saying is I have been using the TMDB for the Metadata for a long time not changing the naming or anything. I never run into this issue before. When I was comparing my Movie and what it is picking up from the TMDB. I see that it is because of this issue. I have been working on my Plex and using TMDB for over 5 years is what I'm saying. I never change anything.

Make API Request to get movie data specifying the language as en-US.
The Movie is a co-production of 4 countries.
United States, Italy, Spain and Germany.
Except for the 3 main stars, the cast is entirely composed of Italians and Spanish predominantly.
I was filmed entirely in Spain.
The Original Language of the film is Italian.
The soundtrack by Ennio Morricone, a famous Italian.
And it was directed by Sergio Leone, another famous Italian.
So it's considered a film of Italian origin and so...
The Original Title is "Il buono, il brutto, il cattivo", in Italian.
The US translated title is "The Good, the Bad and the Ugly".
The API request to get the movie data in English must be done specifying the language as en-US
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/movie/429?api_key=THE_KEY&language=en-US
If you have a TMDb API Key you can make the Request to test it.
And you should look in the answer not original_title: but title:

Another question. How and where do I get a API Key?

Because of the subject, I listened to the theme song again.
The film is considered the apex, the quintessence of the western spaghetti genre, a genre created by Italian cinema.
Request a TMDb API Key
3 ways for you to request your API Key
1 - Click here https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/getting-started/introduction
You will have access to several instructions for using the TMDb API service.
In the second paragraph you will find the necessary instruction for you to request an API Key.
2 - Directly on Your Profile -> Settings -> API :
https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/api
Click on the Create menu or click here on the API page.
3 - Click here https://www.themoviedb.org/settings/api/request

If you are an APP developer but still do not have a URL for your software,
or if you are a teacher teaching your class how to use the API feature,
or will use it in their own studies,
or in short, do not have a URL,
just inform N/A, not applicable or not available or no answer.
