I can't understand what your problem is.
Where are you creating or adding a directory ?
Does it depend in any way on the TMDb API service ?

The problem is when am add directory I get error refer this Error image . I am not whether is depend with TMDB API. I did not use any third party app only my website and TMDB API, however after import Movies, when open it in my site it show warning the video not available refer this Image. Would you guiding me if there is any mistake.

Are you using any template for your website ?
Or were you the one who developed all the programming code in HTML ?

Yes am using a template which is fine,
I want to show Movies and someone can watch online through my website,
but source is from TMDB and
I was try to upload some movies,
but when play it show video not available.

Probably the best way is to talk to the author of this template.
Only he can know which API Request the template sends to the TMDb server.

Is the source the TMDb for watching the movie ?
TMDb does not provide streaming service.
Here in TMDb only text data and images (posters, fanarts, photos etc.) are stored.

What do you mean by "try to upload" ?
What did you try to upload?
A full movie media file ? (mkv, mp4, avi etc...)
And where did you try to upload this?
