Daily File Export Access Denied

I am new to TMDB and tried to download the movie IDs file from https://files.tmdb.org/p/exports/movie_ids_17_08_2021.json.gz but I get the following response:

<Code>AccessDenied</Code>
<Message>Access Denied</Message>

</Error>
What am I doing wrong?

Pretty sure you've input the month and day incorrectly.
https://files.tmdb.org/p/exports/movie_ids_08_17_2021.json.gz
Would be what you're looking for.
