Hi @wantedmedia, I have an open ticket to think about adding runtime to the standard list objects here. You can watch and/or follow the ticket for updates. I will also update this thread if we end up working on it.

What I can say is that this would have been nigh impossible a few years ago but I've been doing a lot of work to make these objects more dynamic and it's much more in the realm of possibility now.
