The Movie Database Support

Can somebody actually answer me? This is very simple support request, I posted it about a month ago first time. Admins please.

I have filled up all the fields, but a generic "There was a problem" error message pops out. I tried on multiple computers, I deleted all the fields and tried submitting just to see error message: then regular error message appeared, with specifications what I need to fill. I filled all the fields as requested again and I still got the uninformative "there was a problem" message.

May I request API key some other way? Thanks in advance.
