I had to undo some of the changes you have done to the One Piece series.

The only corrections that is needed there is to group all the episodes in a single season as per our rules. This will be done later.
I quote our contribution bible : "Long-running series with continuous episode numbers (e.g. 867, 868, 869) are added as a single season. "

In the meantime, I have locked all the seasons that weren't already locked.

Aha, so the separation by seasons was also incorrect? Since the current separation was definitely incorrect (with episodes in one Arc grouped in a "season" of a different Arc), I was following grouping information as seen in other sources (e.g.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lists_of_One_Piece_episodes), which seemed the most consistent structure.

However, I could not finish the procedure because of the locking. If you allow me, I can group them all in a single season.

Don't be fooled, it's not only the EN translation that needs to be moved, but also all other languages. And guest stars/crew if added. And pictures if added.

It's a gigantic amount of work, and I hope Travis can get the bot to do that

Oh, I did not know that. I thought the organization by seasons was shared by all languages. I wanted to help fixing it because my ultimate goal was to use TMDB to fill in metadata in my Synology NAS. Let me know if I can help.

An episode can't be moved from one season to another. All the data need to be created again at its new place.

I did recently a similar work to remove duplicates for a series of approx 2000 episodes, but with much less associated data than here... It took me 3 weeks (with 5 to 6 hours of work on it per day).

Thanks for the info superboy97, I did not know that. I do not know the specifics of the website's database, but if possible I'd suggest altering that to a more flexible GUI. It would be easier correcting mistakes like that if it were allowed to change seasons like it is organizing a Group. In any case, thanks for the replies. If there is anything I can do in this regard, let me know.

So, is it possible for TMDb to add a ""moving episode from one season to another" feature. I think it would be a great convenience.

In my opinion that would just lead to edit wars and sabotage. That said if mods could get that functionality it’d be superb.
