This might be a strange question but why english titles are always en-US and never en-GB, english title should be generic and no region ? When I'm ripping a blu-ray I use en because their is no en-US or GB track ? Like for french most of the time you have fr-CA or fr-FR but if non CA version produced it should be fr only ? Because it's used in both country.
