This is an OVA that is multiple episodes and not related to any other anime series.
Single-episode OVAs are one episode/part. Ones that are related to a previously released anime series should be added to that anime's specials season (season 0). Single-episode OVAs that are standalone (not related to any other anime series) are added the movie section because they are one part.
