No. There is no other parameter that solves this problem, except what you already know,
the language, but as you say, it is not a good solution in many cases.

p.s. parameter & with_original_language = ru | en - not quite suitable, like, for example, EN - can be both in the US and in the UK
And even with RU there will be confusion, since RU is in Russia, in the USSR, and in Ukraine.
