I am trying to get the poster images for these movies, but it says file not for some of the movies.
For example, "The Grand Budapest Hotel" it does not work.

Another note, these URLs used to work in the past (about 1 year ago).

Images can be deleted for several reasons. Amongst them:

• It does not meet the Aspect Ratio requirement.
  
• The resolution is very bad.
  
• Another similar image, with better quality, was added.
  
• The owner of the use rights asked to withdraw.
  
• Image stretched or compressed or distorted to meet the Aspect Ratio Rule.
  
• Image smaller than the minimum size. (uphill a long time ago).
  
• Image larger than the maximum size.
  
• Two identical images. Size and resolution. The image with the fewest votes is deleted.
  
• The person in the image asks to delete.
  
• The Film was a project that was canceled.
  
• Image of person with a single credit and the credit was wrong. The person's profile is deleted and the image is also deleted.
  

And certainly, some other reasons.
There are two types of deleted images here on TMDb.
1 Those that were deleted, unlinked, from a movie.
These continue to exist on TMDb's servers.
2 Those that have been permanently deleted from TMDb Servers.
For these, the server's response is 404 error.

This poster was deleted on 2020-04-09
Probably in a maintenance operation that took place in early 2020.
It was permanently deleted.
