I had the same issue. I sent a mail to Travis, and turned out my IP was somehow listed in a spam filter.
I suggest sending a mail too (I replied to the mail I got when I registered my account!)

I sent a reply to the mail I got when I signed up. it has a reply-to address. I got a reply within minutes. (okay, within an hour!)
But if it's not about something important such as being locked out of your account, I would suggest just using the forums (you can create a private topic too).

I've checked through my welcome emails and I'm only seeing "no-reply" addresses hahaha. This is stressful haha my dude wants to get back on. We've got his IP addresses that are blocked ready to share but have no idea where to send them to get him un-spammed.

Oh strange, I think if you hit the reply button, it should show you a regular mailadres [name]@themoviedb.org ? (and if you're smart you can figure out the [name] part from this thread
Maybe it depends on the mail client of wether it shows it. It shows it for me on Mail app for macOS. I got the registration mail back in 2015.

I got issue for the second time and cleared as well. Everything went good for 5 days and facing again for the third time now.
Mailed again to Travis. Am feeling very embarrassed to bother Travis repeatedly for this petty issue. But not sure, why this is happening to me repeatedly, that too only for past two weeks. No Hardware/software/Internet settings changed from my side.
As usual only my home network have this issue. When connect from my office network or mobile tethering , no problem at all.
Any advice & guidance is welcome from Gurus.

I'm hoping to find time to look into the cause of this today. Just had some other stuff jump in front of the queue.
