For your research the correct tool is Discover.
https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie-discover
You need to use the parameters:
language = to choose the language of the answer.
sort_by = to define the order in which you want the items. There are options.
primary_release_date.gte = to specify the start date. YYYY-MM-DD format.
with_genres = to specify the gender. 37 is the Western gender ID.

The country of origin is not informed.
But the Original Language is reported.
This should help in defining the country of origin.
If not, it will be necessary to request the complete data for each film
to obtain production_countries.

The answer will come on pages with 20 items per page.
To see another page just change the number in the URL.
