Developer vs Commercial License

Hi, I'm working on a mobile Show tracking app, I'm planing on both a ads based version (free) and a paid version, the money will go towards a iOS dev licens and then to "cover" my time. Do i need a Commercial Licens because of the paid version, or can i do both on the Developer License?

If you just have an ad supported mobile app, a developer key is fine.

Based on the description of your app, a developer key is fine.
