In the API call that returns list of genres and their ids are tow missing:
id: 10759 Action & Adventure and id: 10765 Sci-Fi & Fantasy
I found them by searching for the tv show on themoviedb. There are genres listed, I clicked on genre, in the URL was the id.

I'm going to move this conversation to API Support.
I just made the API Request and the Genres are on the list.
The problem may be different.
The list of Movie Genres is not the same as the list of TV Show Genres.
These Genres that you reported are missing from the list are TV Show only Genres.
Try the API Request for each of the lists:
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/genre/movie/list?api_key=THE_KEY&language=en-US
https://api.themoviedb.org/3/genre/tv/list?api_key=THE_KEY&language=en-US
