Kodi - ERROR (Addons/Plugins) - Problems with wrong data.

I searched and found 6 Addons / Plugins in Kodi for TMDb data. See the list in the next post.
The first 3, for Scraper, are the most used. And they have their own forum.
It seems that the first and the second are having trouble correctly defining the language-COUNTRY for the search.
See these previous posts:

The author of the Addons, Team Kodi, as far as I know, is providing the correction.

Fantastic @travisbell! Many thanks! Now some work for me to fix the scraper :)

For the search to obtain good results here on TMDb, the language must be defined with the following parameter:

language string
Specify a language to query translatable fields with.
minLength: 2
pattern: ([a-z]{2})-([A-Z]{2})
default: en-US

Example: fr-FR, fr-CA, en-US, pt-BR, pt-PT, es-ES, es-MX, de-DE etc ...
It seems that for some languages they are using only the first part of the parameter, that is, only fr or es or de or pt.
In the past, TMDb even worked correctly with only the language parameter, without the COUNTRY parameter.
However, changes were introduced a few years ago to allow languages with more than one country to be properly researched.

Since then it is recommended, and necessary, to use the complete parameter to obtain good results.

The third Addon (Python) apparently does not have this problem.

So my suggestion is:
1 Try using Python. Or
2 Find the solution to your problem in the appropriate forum.
3 Post the correction request for your language-COUNTRY on the respective forum.

Translated by Google Translate (from pt-BR to en-US)
