Can I make a request for one of two API additions:
Search Endpoint: Add with_watch_providers and watch_region params Discover Endpoint: Add search_query param
If this is something that already exists, apologies for the question. I was unable to locate it in API documentation.

Watch Providers and Region
I believe that these 2 new filters &with_watch_providers= and &watch_region=
have already been created and can now be used with get / discover / movie.
And they have already been added to the Developers page.
https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/discover/movie-discover
See the note at the beginning:
And see the two options at the end of the list:
What remains to be done is to make the list with Watch Provider IDs available.
But it's already on the To-Do list:
https://trello.com/c/fwjXt8vs/100-create-a-list-all-watch-providers-endpoint
EDIT
But, if the anxiety is great, and the list is not out yet, I suggest making
an API Request like get/movie/{movie_id}/watch/providers
https://developers.themoviedb.org/3/tv/get-tv-watch-providers
Using the ID of a very famous and currently requested movie, for example Tenet (2020).
The answer will probably be all wp with their respective IDs.

@ticao2 thanks for the response - I am aware of the 2 new filters "with_watch_providers" and "watch_region".
My ask was if Discover can get an added param (search_query), or Search can get the added params "with_watch_providers" and "watch_region" so that I can search via a search query within specific watch provider(s).

Not.
Not.
Can you give two or three examples of arguments you would use in the Query parameter?

@ticao2 Imagine I want to search via a string in just Netflix | DisneyPlus:
"av" may return Avengers and Aviator (because the two returned titles contain the search query as well as reside on Netflix or DisneyPlus) "fam" may return Family Guy, Modern Family, F is For Family (because the two returned titles contain the search query as well as reside on Netflix or DisneyPlus)

I think I understand.
I believe that it is not possible with a single API Request.
