When I use the api in spanish, I saw that Title shows the Original Title and in parenthesis the Translated Title, for example The Queen (id:1165), in spanish "title": "The Queen(La Reina)" while "original_title": "The Queen".
Should the api return "title": "La Reina" and "original_title": "The Queen" and let the consumer application mix or not the titles?
Maybe for a future api version, or to be compatible with already made applications add a "translated_title" item.
In my case, for a spanish name I have to remove the original_title from title, then remove the parenthesis then build the same string again because some other movies and/or some other scrappers have no mix.
Saying in some other way, there is no way to get the translated title from a json item without some code that can fail because changes. In the case of this movie, there is no spanish title using: get/movie/{movie_id}/alternative_titles.

The response to an API Request is the data or translations that have been entered by users.
In this case:
Original Title: The Queen
Title: The Queen (La Reina)
Understand Title as Translated Title or Local Title or Localized Title or Title used in your country.
It is not necessarily a Translation or Literal Translation, the exact words of the original text.
What was entered in the field is what you will receive in the response.
The Title must be the one used on screen when you watch movie.
Do you know which one was used?
If you know a good source for this information, please post it here.
In the poster we have here, in Spanish, the title is The Queen and we have it right below (LA REINA).

I believe that this is why the Title is with The Queen (La Reina).

Thank for your response. It's ok because the cover title says it on some spanish markets, I just wondering because I though that it could be the translated title, my fail. Anyway, I found the cover of the released dvd in argentina and only says "La Reina" https://imgur.com/a/qLMr9bR I use to build title with: title (original_title) because most of the scrappers and other api's don't include the text of original_title into title, except tmdb and this movie. In this case, title INCLUDE the original title, from my point of view is a redundancy of data, but is the way that was presented in the cover, so, it's ok.
Thanks!!!!
