Hmm, I see. One way to do this is to use the discover API and add a language parameter with all non-english languages combined with the pipe operator.

Still, it would be more elegant to have a without_original_language param seeing that there already are without_* params :)

Indeed, the only way to do this would be an inclusion filter by using with_original_language. There's no exclusion filter for original language right now.
